Are leaders able to identify and support employees struggling with imposter syndrome?
Even though it is estimated that about 70% of employees suffer from imposter syndrome, there is little understanding of what it is and how to support people struggling with this phenomenon.
This article provides an overview of the difference between listening to the inner critic and imposter syndrome and how it shows up in the workplace.
It also unpacks on a high level how men and women experience this phenomenon.
