Demonstrating better ROI in a coaching engagement
You are not the only one who has been asked by a client to demonstrate a return on investment (ROI) on coaching dollars.
Is there a way to demonstrate this going beyond a conventional 360-degree assessment to estimate percentage improvement in behaviours?
I believe there is.
We can make this happen by inviting our coachees to practise newly discovered awareness and behaviours on live projects during the coaching engagement itself and thus, delivering tangible outcomes for the organisation which will further it’s business goals.
