Already stressed business, following the Covid-19 economic fallout, are being further drained of productivity and cash as a result of reduced office morale and distraction by financially stressed employees.
Having cash-flow issues caused by competing financial responsibilities, compounded by a lack of financial and emotional literacy, employees are getting into more debt in order to fund their short-term.
The result is an unsustainable situation for both business and employees.
