Facilitation, a leadership tool that cannot be used enough!

Most leaders believe that it is their job to think and strategise, and it is for others to implement.

Even if leaders want to include others in the strategic thinking process, they are never sure if they will get honest and unbiased views.

So, how do leaders get people to co-create the strategy and own it up?

The answer lies in facilitation.

Facilitation processes create and sustain an environment where everyone participates, and every voice is heard, irrespective of their rank and status.

The process helps guide the group to appropriate and useful outcomes in a collaborative and consensus-driven manner.
