Spinto dalla mia irrefrenabile curiosità e dalla domanda ricorrente: “Come funziona questa cosa?”, nel 1984 mi sono laureato in Ingegneria Elettronica.

Ho lavorato come consulente e formatore aziendale per più di trent’anni, occupandomi principalmente di: organizzazione della produzione e controllo di gestione.

Sempre stimolato dalla curiosità e con una domanda ancor più misteriosa in testa: “Come funzionano le persone?”, nel 2011 mi sono avventurato in un’altra grande sfida, quella di integrare le mie competenze tecniche esplorando alcune discipline di taglio umanistico.

• Programmazione Neuro Linguistica (PNL) (2011),
• Coaching (2012-2013),
• Psicologia Applicata (2016-2018).

Scuole di alto livello, più di millequattrocento ore di formazione, dedizione e tanta pratica mi hanno aiutato ad ottenere la credenziale PCC (Professional Certified Coach) rilasciata da ICF (International Coaching Federation) nel 2018 e riconfermata nel 2021.

Come formatore, armonizzando le competenze e le esperienze vissute, ho ideato e realizzato l’Accademia di Ingegneria del Pensiero® e collaboro con l’Università di Urbino in Master di primo e secondo livello.
