Karl is a ICF Master Certified Coach, Consultant, Author and Speaker.

His mission: To transform your strategy, strengthen your impact, and sharpen your delivery - ICF Master Certified Coach & Consultant for leaders, leading teams & organizations - Mentor coach for coaches on their journey to PCC/MCC.

Karl has a long and extensive experience in corporate HR leadership and coaching roles for groups like AXA, British American Tobacco, Ernst & Young and Sappi Fine Paper Europe.

In 2014, he decided to become independent, and in 2018 Karl joined www.otolith.consulting as a partner: Otolith is a network of coaches and advisors who help leaders and organizations to be more successful by focusing on the human side of strategy execution.

He has been Community of Practice leader within the www.coachfederation.org for 6 years.

Also for ICF, he is a Subject Matter Expert contributing to the development of (team) coaching core competencies.

He is also Credentialed Assessor of coaches seeking an ICF credential.

And he is a member of the ICF Professional Coaches Nominating Committee.

He moderates a fast growing Facebook group on coaching journeys.

Main certifications: Master Certified Coach (ICF), CTPC, Lominger Leadership Architect 101 & Voices 360°, FIRO-B, Insights Discovery, MBTI Step 1&2, TKI, Vlerick Executive Masterclass HRM, KUL Master in Law.
