How to infuse positivity into your remote-working workforce
Coaching is a powerful tool to unleash the potential of human beings who experience heuristic ways to solve their challenges.
HR is central when it comes to supporting the wellbeing of their staff.
People are not resources, they are human beings with emotions and needs.
Coaching supports their growth and development on a multitude of levels.
With COVID-19 disconnecting staff from their places of work, my article raises awareness of the fact that organisations need to focus on supporting the mental wellbeing of their people.
Now more than ever organisations need to create and deliver a coaching capability for each and every employee to access in order to help them flourish.
