Importance of HR in internal marketing & use of coaching approaches

Corporations’ attitude and demand of apprehending external market are replaced by “internal client” concept that collects employee data.

Internal marketing (IM), resembles unfamiliar family members gradually discovering and learning staying together healthily.

Briefly, one of HR’s IM goals is having employees act in joint consciousness to support the inner-growth of the organization and demonstrating how to contribute to company’s production sustainably.

Feelings of trust and belonging employees have for peers and organization generate a comfort-zone; eventually leading to blindness.

Using this blindness-induced comfort-zone to energize in-house potential and overcoming these obstacles are possible with HR adapting Coaching practices and approaches.
