Luke Davis brings over fifteen years of experience as both a leader in higher education and a non-profit executive focused on operations, program management, and human resources leadership.

Luke has a master’s of education in Adult & Higher Education from the University of Missouri – Saint Louis and a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University.

He is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as well as a Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

He currently serves as the Vice President of ICF Coach Training for the International Coaching Federation leading the advancement of coach training, education and program accreditation.

Luke previously served as an Executive Director of National University College as well as Founder & CEO of Make It Matter, LLC – a boutique consulting organization focused on helping individuals and companies find purpose and meaning in today’s workplace.

Luke is a member of various professional associations such as ASAE-The Center for Association Leadership, SHRM-Society for Human Resource Professionals, ATD-Association of Talent Development, and a proud alumnus of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.
