In the world of “Expect The Unexpected” leaders, managers and the thought leaders should be more clear defined, agile with “emotional intelligence” and have the “coaching perspective” to handle this worlds changing times.

So many things have changed rapidly in 1-2 years. Not because of only pandemic results, the employees generation gap widens, time by time.

Also this period, many companies financially injuered, while some of them blazed.

We both see winners and the loosers. While some businessess shine, others were hardly breathing.
