We kunnen ons niet ontwikkelen als leiders zonder ons als persoon te ontwikkelen.

Ik zie persoonlijke ontwikkeling als een gedisciplineerde werkwijze, niet zozeer gericht op de juiste antwoorden, maar op de belangrijke vragen.
