Sally Jackson and Jan Versteeg are Directors and owners of JS-International, a coaching and training business, based in Malta.

They are also the founding directors of a coaching and development programme for leaders, called “Personal Mastery in Coaching and Mentoring”, which is certified by the International Coaching Federation.

They share a passion for making a difference to businesses and have worked in deep partnership with organisations such as adidas, Vodafone, Telefonica, Panasonic, Mars, NetJets, Burberry, Medtronic, Idexx, Vaillant, and K3.

Typically their work extends to Leadership Team Coaching, Executive Coaching, Talent Development and Transformational Change.
