Naci Demiral has worked as a manager who has developed teams and contributed to people for strenthening leadership qualities in the organisations
he worked for.

He has been giving support to ICF Turkey as Marketig Team Leader, VicePresident (2012-2014) and President (2014-2016) and now Advisory PastPresident.

In addition to his practice as a coach within The Coaching Company, he delivers leadership trainings and is a speaker at conferences and writer of articles on management, leadership and coaching in professional business magazines.
