He has been coaching professionally since 2010, and he was a Founding Member and Vice President of the ICF Bangkok Chapter. His focus is on applied neuroscience in coaching and leadership development, and he is a Founding Partner of the ION (International Organisational Neuroscience) Partnership and 86 Billion — Science-Based Executive Coaching. He also teaches leadership in the Executive MBA Programme of the Institute for Management, and he is the co-host of Second Crack — The Leadership Podcast.”
