In this session, we will cover the basics of business finances starting with bookkeeping, paying yourself, managing cash in your business, budgeting and why it is important to control your costs. We will teach you how to review and understand your “numbers” and what are the levers you can pull to drive revenue and profit in your business. We will cover pricing strategy and margin calculations to better understand if your offers are making you money or not.
