CIO Event – NatWest: Developing internal coach capability

Coaching in Organisations event on Wednesday 21st June – providing space for members to share coaching best practices, challenges, and get inspiration from industry leaders and fellow coaches and working within organisations.

This speaker event will be a discussion in exploring coach capability in relation to internal coaching teams. Reflecting on experience of establishing a team of coaching through to continued professionalisation. Fay Manvell will aim to share learnings, insights and challenges of the journey of building coaching capability of the NatWest internal coaching team over the last 2-3 years.

Topics of discussion will include, coach training through to certification, supervision, mentor coaching, thematic reviews, learning labs and time for Q&A and contribution to discussion will be available.
