Coaching through the “DEIBA lens”

Our own development as coaches in a diverse and multicultural world impacts our mastery in our coaching practice. It is therefore crucial that we grow our skills and maturity to coach our clients through DEIBA lens, awareness of social & personal power structures and intersectionality. This one-hour participatory workshop is aimed at expanding awareness of DEIBA and an interactive dialogue on “How to coach through DEIBA and intercultural lens?” Participants are encouraged to come prepared with questions, challenges and coaching needs on this important topic.
