Jackie’s professional journey spans over two decades, encompassing roles in product management, software development, and executive leadership. Since 2019, Jackie has been a dedicated coach at Torch, empowering individuals and teams to unlock their full potential.

As an author and speaker, Jackie has shared her insights at esteemed conferences such as HIMSS and the Alliance for Strong Families Leadership Conference.
