ICF Washington State

ICF Washington State is a Charter Chapter of the International Coach Federation formed in 1998. As a coaching community, ICF Washington State is a non-profit professional organization of over 850 coaches who partner with individuals to identify satisfying life or career choices or with teams and individuals to create dynamic workplaces that thrive on collaboration, communication and change to create sustainable, high-performing work environments.

Aiko Bethea

Aiko is the founder of RARE Coaching & Consulting, leading over 30 certified coaches supporting Fortune 100 companies and global nonprofits. She has held leadership roles in government, philanthropic, nonprofit, and private sectors, including Director of Compliance for Atlanta and Deputy Director at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Recognized by Forbes and CultureAmp, Aiko has contributed to major publications and is a consultant for the Brené Brown Education and Research Group. In 2025, Penguin Random House will publish her book on leadership.
