Elevating Your Coaching Impact Through Arts-Based Experiential Learning with Fred Mandell, PhD

Roll up your sleeves and prepare to get your hands dirty.
This program will immerse you in an arts-based experiential learning activity AND introduce you to the concepts, research and impact of Arts-Based Experiential Learning (ABEL) as a coaching methodology. Participants will be challenged to break free of self-limiting beliefs and shift perspectives, and directly experience an exercise they can use with clients to do the same.
We will examine an actual use case as a way to demonstrate the what, how and outcomes of the ABEL approach on coaching relationships.
Participants will also learn about an innovative assessment instrument that directly and objective measures the impact of Arts-Based Experiential Learning on individuals and teams in the key leadership skills of Readiness to Learn, Cognitive Agility, Collaboration and Activating Innovation.
The program integrates several interactive elements, including:
• A real time poll (mystery)
• Engaging in a hands-on arts-based act
