EmotionAid® Intro
EmotionAid® is a short intervention comprised of 5 steps, for self-regulation or first aid to others. It comprises the EmotionAid® 5 steps protocol, and a toolbox of methods and products for practicing, learning and teaching EmotionAid®.
It is a method of choice for emergency interventions, it can be used by anyone confronted to stress in their professional life, and it can be easily taught to children, teenagers and adults to support their capacity to handle stress, anxiety, panic attacks and any symptoms resulting from
traumatic experiences.
The participants will learn and take away:
• Understanding and assessment of your stress.
• Basic tools for grounding and stress reduction.
• Initiations to self-regulation with EmotionAid.
