ICF Research Webinar – Coachability: The Missing Piece of Coaching

Join ICF Research Webinars and Jake Weiss, Ph.D on November 30, 2023, from 7– 8:00 p.m. (New York) for a deep dive into the often overlooked, the missing piece of coaching practices and cultures – coachability. In this webinar, the presenters will discuss cutting-edge research on coachability, including what it means to be “highly coachable,” how to identify and assess individuals’ coachability, and the outcomes driven by highly coachable individuals. In this session, presenters will also discuss maximizing coaching practices and cultures through coachability.
