Coaches know that the ICF Core Competencies define how we work with our clients. SOME coaches also focus on ensuring clients get the results they want from working with a coach. But what if there was a THIRD lens that can multiply the impact in every single coaching conversation?

During this live interactive session Jonathan Reitz, MCC will introduce the three lenses and challenge your thinking about how you coach and what you do to maximize the effectiveness of your coaching engagements. You’ll develop an action plan for your coaching practice (whether you’re an internal or an external coach practitioner). The insight you’ll gain will even stretch you to think about who you are as a coach and how you show up for your clients.
