Researching the value of coaching – Systemic Literature review
Coaching has been positioned as one of the most impactful methods of professional and personal development. However, how can organisations and leaders ensure they get the best from their investment in coaching? In this session I will explore the five key factors which can help organisations and leaders to ensure the impact of coaching is maximised. Identified from a systemic literature review of the coaching research where 117 original studies were reviewed and evaluated based on the quality of research and findings. In this session, I will focus on coaching motivation, trust, interpersonal attraction, feedback intervention theory and supervisory support.
