At its core, my topic is about empowering coaches with information that can shift their perspective about Social Media and reveal how they can use it as a tool for their coaching businesses. Once coaches understand the way Social Media works, it becomes easier to approach and navigate. Not everyone realizes the other side of Social Media (we transform as a consumer into a creator) and how that perspective is needed in order to use Social Media intentionally. My driving force is to show coaches how they can use Social Media as a space to make authentic connections and I highlight how using Social Media as a Coach can remain ethical. Our code of ethics and the way we show up as coaches can be shared on these platforms to show the consistency of what we say and what we do.
I offer information about the functionality and the basics that are needed to use Social Media. I also offer actions for implementation so that coaches can leave the presentation with setting up their accounts corre
