Tasting Your Coaching Identity : Chocolate, as a Creative Tool for Coaching Development

The focus of the program is on “Co-creating Relationships – Coaching Presence,” with a particular emphasis on the “Not Knowing” ICF competency. I invite participants to reflect on their coaching identity using the experience of choco-coaching.
During the workshop, participants will explore:
1. How flexible are they in responding to a given situation during a coaching session?
2. How much do they trust their gut feelings and instincts?
3. How comfortable are they with “not knowing” and embracing risk-taking?
4. How spontaneous and creative are they in choosing tools during a coaching session?
