As a mentor coach, I help coaches refine their style, deepen their skills, and confidently serve diverse clients. As a certified executive coach, I support leaders in building self-awareness, tackling challenges creatively, and achieving impactful results. My leadership coaching leverages organizational dynamics to enhance executive presence, communication, and strategic thinking. I teach coaching skills to help leaders foster meaningful team connections and embrace self-care.

Dianne McCoy

I stay active in leadership training and coaching, mentoring mid-career professionals in the Executive Coaching Program at Royal Roads University. As a speaker, executive coach, and facilitator, I support leaders and teams in their development through tailored programs and tools. Living and working internationally has given me a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives, and my cross-sector experience helps me guide leaders and teams through challenges and opportunities during change.

The Power of Presence: Enhancing Coaching through the Art of Noticing

Notice what’s happening with clients and yourself. In this experiential session, participants will be invited to engage in “noticing” by using various mediums like images and music presented in a manner that can help shift our mindsets by being aware of the filters that can stand in the way of being fully present.
