Becoming a masterful coach – ICF Level 3 program
Our program is designed for ICF PCC credentialed coaches who are committed to their growth and to take their coaching to the next level.
We build on your existing experience and skills and invite you to stretch yourself and be an extraordinary coach skillful and masterful at their craft.
During the 15 weeks we will meet weekly and have a mixture of live learning webinars, group mentoring, group discussions and self study. The sessions will cover 75h of learning synchronously and asynchronously.

The program runs for four months and offers 75 hours of training, including 10 hours of mentoring coaching required for successful completion.There are a mix of different activities over the four months.
Synchronous learning
- Webinars/Live classes on the 8 ICF competencies
- Practice with peers – group mentor coaching
- 3x1h hours individual mentor coaching
Asynchronous learning
- Readings & Self Study/Project/Journal
- Reflective practice
- Client´s practice
- Buddy engagement
A bonus invitation is made available (at no additional cost) only to next cohort participants starting in September: come join a complete M.B.S.R. Training, an evidence-based program offering secular, intensive mindfulness training based on Jon Kabat-Zinn body of study and work.
