Being Generative Professional Coaches Level 1

This program creates a coaching mindset and builds foundational skills to demonstrate professional coaching as defined by the International Coaching Federation. The curriculum focuses on development in all the skills of the 8 ICF Core Competencies in alignment with the global standard for ethical conduct. In addition, the curriculum includes inviteCHANGE Generative Coaching principles as a unique way to amplify the core competencies with clients who are seeking conscious choice and sustained change in their lives.

Through practice, experimentation, feedback and developmental mentor coaching participants learn to witness and evoke generative moments occur for their clients. Within a highly collegial and collaborative environment, participants gain both skills and confidence to facilitate and navigate any type of coaching session, and a coaching relationship over time.

This program is currently accredited as ACSTH, and is awaiting approval as Level 1 Curriculum.
