COACH ME: Learn to Coach with Impact & Ease A coaching conversation framework built on the ICF Core Competencies

In this course you will be introduced to the COACH ME Model. You will have the opportunity to interact with the model experientially through observation, peer interaction, application and receiving feedback. Also, you will develop insight into the mindset necessary for increasing proficiency in all competencies. There is an emphasis on establishing and maintaining coaching agreements, coaching presence and expanding awareness.

Learning Objective:
Students will gain proficiencies in all core competency areas with a focus on establishing agreements.

Program Requirements:
Participants must attend ALL 4 sessions. They must set course learning objectives, measures for success, and complete a weekly learning review bases on the weekly learning objectives of the course and their own stated learning objectives.
