Coaching in Agile Organizations provides you with the skills needed for success in today’s VUCA world. Learn through videos, teaching, coaching demonstrations, your colleagues, and practice. Coaching in Agile Organizations is a 12-session program consisting of 8 skill drills, 2 colleague calls, one group mentoring session, and one graded individual mentoring call with our ICF-PCC coaches.
