Deep Coaching Intensive

The Deep Coaching Intensive is a 24-week immersive program for coaches ready to facilitate profound transformation in themselves and others.

Divided into two parts—Foundation and Mastery—the program begins by building a solid understanding of Deep Coaching principles, key frameworks, practices, and the inner journey required for transformational work. This Foundation Phase lays the groundwork for personal growth and effective coaching techniques.

The Mastery Phase deepens this learning with advanced skills, integration of principles, and guiding clients toward profound change. Through live practice, peer coaching, and real-time observations of Deep Coaching in action, participants refine their skills and develop mastery in holding transformational spaces.

The program culminates in certification as a Deep Transformational Coach, with an option for ICF credentialing, and includes access to a vibrant global coaching community.
