Dominique Mas

Dominique is the Co-Founder of Group Coaching HQ.

A life-long learner, she is fueled by her extensive career in educational leadership, in Europe, Asia and the U.S. She spent the last 5 years building outstanding group coaching programs for Fortune 500 companies through Medley, training hundreds of coaches in the art of group coaching and coaching leaders at all levels through innovative, visual techniques.

She is a surfer and an adventurer.

Maribel Aleman

Maribel is the Co-Founder of Group Coaching HQ.
As an executive coach, she partners with corporate clients to address a broad range of challenges. Whether the focus is on developing a Leader’s strengths; carving a path to maximize a team’s performance or enhance a team’s structure or processes, the initiatives created from these partnerships are geared to ultimately support the Leaders’ and the organization’s goals.

Group Coaching HQ Certification Program – Fall 2024 AM Cohort

Create, market and lead powerful group coaching programs.

HOW IT WORKS:
An interactive class that requires your full participation in each session. Please only apply if you are prepared to show up powerfully for yourself and others.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSIONS:
Each session is divided into 2 sections: coaching and theory.

COACHING:
* 5x Demo sessions by experienced group coaches followed by a debrief (you will observe AND participate)
* One coaching session per participant – You will coach and receive immediate feedback
