Elias Scultori, MCC, is dedicated to empowering organizational leaders on how to incorporate the coach approach into their leadership style. Since 2015 Elias has been dedicated to the training and development of coaches, solidly committed to the standards of the coaching profession by deepening the level of understanding and mastery of the ICF Core Competencies and Ethics. He is an official certification assessor for the ICF, a registered mentor coach, and a faculty member of accredited coaching programs, including Coach U, International Coaching Group, and University of Texas – Dallas.

PRIME GROUP | Winter 2024

PRIME GROUP focuses on supporting coaches to bring their coaching skills to the next level within a community of coaches who are also committed to a path to mastery. The program offers up to 24 CCEs. It also fulfills the Mentor Coaching requirements for certification purposes.

• 7 group sessions
• 3 individual sessions directly with Elias
• 3 recording reviews with customized, direct, and compassionate assessment
• Library of recorded coaching sessions at ACC, PCC, and MCC levels
• Comprehensive Resource Guide
• Peer coaching round for practice and coaching hours

The cohort is limited to 6 participants, providing an intimate learning atmosphere and customized/individual support by Elias to each participant.

At every interaction, Elias brings his experience, energy, and passion for the coaching mindset, coupled with a keen and refreshing perspective on how to approach the ICF Core Competencies in a way that moves participants from compliance to embodiment of these concepts.
