Public MBTI® Certification (Virtual)

Become certified to use the world’s most popular psychometric tool, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® assessment.
Gain the knowledge, skills, and tools to help others improve their self-awareness and make constructive use of personality differences. You’ll also learn how to use the MBTI framework with teams and organizations to boost performance and enhance their communication, decision-making, collaboration, and more.
Public MBTI® certification is open to anyone looking to become an MBTI Certified Practitioner. Run as four full days of instructor-led training, both in-person and virtual certification sessions are offered monthly throughout the year by our training partner, Myers & Briggs Foundation.
This certification option is for people who prefer an online instructor-led learning experience and interaction with fellow participants.
