Trauma Healing 101 and Trauma Healing 202
Trauma Healing 101 is a 2-hour live workshop designed for coaches, medical professionals and all those who hold sacred space.
Participants will learn to understand the difference between a traumatic incident and PTSD, how to identify the hallmarks of a traumatic reactions, and how the “rule of two” can wake up previously dormant traumatic experiences.
The workshop will also offer simple techniques for managing traumatic reactivity in the moment, and ways of caring for all of the body’s rhythms and systems to bring long term healing and resilience.
Trauma Healing 202 follows, and is an 8-week deep-dive class. It is open to those who have attended the Trauma Healing 101 introductory workshop (see above) and want to go deeper into their understanding and treatment of trauma in their practice. Participants will earn the designation of “trauma-informed” on completion of this course.
