Coaching for social impact

Blah, Blah, Blah or meaningful action?

Climate change has been recognized by the United Nations as “one of the greatest challenges of our time”. If coaches are about helping clients make choices for the longer term what are we individually doing about the climate challenge? Where are YOU located on Peter Hawkins’ Eco-phase cycle?
In 2019 the Climate Coaching Alliance was formed and a year later coaching associations produced a global statement proposing that coaching can help address the climate crisis.
Building on the April 2022 UN IPCC report and John Gray’s Wednesday session this is an interactive café to explore how we might reimagine our coaching conversations to introduce aspects of sustainability, legacy and climate issues in our personal and professional practice.
You’ll come away from the session with a greater sense of possibility about how you can influence a positive change in this critical context which affects us all.
