Cognitive Diversity in Coaching

Is there really such a thing as a typical brain? What’s the link between neurodivergence and genius? We all practice masking, code-switching, fitting in, gravitas, and flexing our style. But are you doing it too much, not enough, or just right? And how do you know? How do you experience the world and who is your authentic self anyway?
In this session, Helena invites us to explore the paradox of weirdness, where the ‘weird’ parts of ourselves are actually the thing that’s normal. As Tyler Cowen reminds us, people are actually weird – it’s how we are born. What’s weird is the way social conditioning makes us seem more normal than we are.
Dipping into neuroscience, the infinite mind and entrepreneurship, this workshop will be an adventure into the parts of yourself that you keep hidden.
