Neurodiversity Inclusion in Coaching
Organizations are developing strategies to implement more diversity and inclusion in their culture. While several areas of diversity are of focus, neurodiversity and neurodisabilities are still considered new to many. Neurodiversity includes attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, dyslexia, and other neurological conditions.
Because of the wide range of neurodisabilities, some coaches worldwide are not equipped to serve neurodiverse clients.
Join a unique session where an esteemed panel of coaches will provide insight to effectively incorporate neurodiversity inclusion in coaching and understand when and how to partner with mental health professionals.
- Jeff Copper, MBA, PCC, PCAC, CPCC, ACG, an ADHD coach, founder of DIG Coaching Practice, and host of Attention Talk Radio and Attention Talk Video
- Katrina Henry, M.Ed. LAMFT
- Dana Poklepovic, PhD, certified ontological coach, certified C-IQ coach, diversity professional and DEI consultant
- Elaine Taylor-Klaus, PCC, CPCC, Co-founder of the first global coaching organization for parenting neurodiverse kids (originally ImpactADHD®, now ImpactParents.com)
