The purpose of this workshop is to inspire coaches and organisations to engage in coaching research. by discussing the tangible actions to take to increase business by running a research-informed coaching practice. Dr. Tünde Erdös, Angelis Iglesias, and Michael Tichelmann relate their experience from a different perspective around participating in the comprehensive VU-Ashridge-CWRU coaching presence research project and collaborating in The Coaching Science Practitioner Handbook.
