Christiane Dumont

Christiane Dumont is an ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with more than 2,000 hours of coaching practice with clients from various nationalities and cultural, social, economic, and religious backgrounds.

Having lived in Brazil, France, China, and, more recently, Poland, Christiane has deep knowledge and experience with multicultural environments.

She also enhanced her coaching skills during the 25 years she has worked in management and director positions in the communication industry in Brazil for large multinational companies like Coca-Cola and large local companies like Petrobras.

Her experience with the two careers she has built enables her to connect with all types of people, from homemakers to corporate directors.

Tathiana Neder

Tathiana Neder is the founder of Coaching4Action.

Since 2000, Tathiana has worked in the area of Human and Organizational Development, having worked from 2000 to 2011 in large national and multinational companies in the areas of Human Resources, in addition to having experience as a Leader Coach in an Executive MBA class at an educational institution founded by FGV. She founded coaching4action in 2011 acting as a consultant, executive and career coach, coaching groups and teams and since 2019 working with the development of athletes.

She is a volunteer mentor at Cais Mentoria, enhancing the career acceleration of students outside the RJ/SP axis.

Tathiana is co-author of the book Complete Manual of Behavioral Training – SerMais publisher - 2016.

Among other backgrounds, Tathiana is a Psychologist, a certified executive group and team coach, ikigai coach and group and team coach, in addition to being the first NBI Practitioner in Brazil, she is also an NLP practitioner and DISC practitioner. She also obtained a specialization in an International MBA in HR with an emphasis on internal and organizational consulting, Innovation Course at the University of California/Berkeley, International Program in Business at the University of Miami, Expert Points of You and a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Sport and Exercise.

ICF Portugal – Collective Podcast: Group Coaching With Assumed Resilients

This work took place in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic, it originated through a lecture, promoted by the Solidarity Network Project of an Information Technology company.

After the lecture, I invited 10 people to participate with me in two Group Coaching Sessions with the aim of showing at ICW 2020, what is done and how it is done when we work with one-to-many coaching.

The group then decided after these two experiences at ICW to make an investment with 10 more meetings, developing through the group process objectives linked to Resilience competence.
