If you are having stress with someone whose nature annoys you, upsets you, infuriates you, but who you can’t easily avoid, it will help you deal with that person in a level-headed way.
This book is NOT a book to read, but a personal development journal. Or in other words a workbook to write in with a very often tested self-coaching process.
This helps you become aware of the positive aspects of the traits that bother you so much about the trigger person – and what you can even learn from them.
As a result, you feel calmer in contact with the trigger person and can meet him or her more calmly.
