Relational Effectiveness Coach Training

The Interpersonal Effectiveness for Coaches program is a highly experiential course for coaches who would like to acquire an in-depth understanding of human dynamics. Participants will learn to build, maintain, and repair relationships while increasing their ability to catalyze growth and change with clients. We will introduce research-based concepts and techniques related to interpersonal dynamics’s impact on individual and team coaching. Participants will have the opportunity to practice and apply these skills in a group setting. This program will enhance your interpersonal skills and significantly increase your effectiveness as a coach.
