Psychology for Coaches: A 12-Week Online Program
Psychology for Coaches is a group program – part education, part coaching – designed to build psychological insight and deepen core coaching competencies.
The program explores points of tension between different schools of psychology, focusing on three key questions:
1. How do we become who we are?
2. Can people change, and if so, how?
3. How do coaches create the optimal context for their clients to change in the ways they want to change?
Enrolment is capped at 10 participants meeting for twelve consecutive weeks on 90-minute video calls that leverage the power of interactive learning.
Readings (hard and soft copies) as well as video resources are provided in advance of each call.
On completion of the course participants are able to speak knowledgeably about different psychological tools, theories and frameworks, integrating some of them into their coaching.
The course is accredited by the ICF for 23 Core and 13 Resource Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs).
