Witness the mentor coaching process as Master Certified Coach and Mentor Coach, Marilyn O’Hearne unpacks a coaching session – live. This unique twist on our signature peer coaching demonstration will feature an experienced ICF Heartland coach being mentored live.

Attendees will listen together to a 30-minute coaching session while Marilyn discusses the session with our featured coach, focusing on the ICF Core Competencies – just as she does with her private clients. After the demonstration, there will be time for questions and answers about the coaching, the mentoring, and the ICF Core Competencies.
