This highly interactive session is to understand how we can discover our potential by being coach following the Core Competencies and how these can help us even in difficult situations.
We will focus especially on Competency 3: Establishes and Maintains Agreements and on the 4 PCC MARKERS related (3.1 – 3.2- 3.3 – 3.4)
This event is meant for coaches to further develop and deepen their skills but also for who is interested to understand the importance of a clear agreement for a successful coaching session.
