Call of the Times: Coaching Position Plus Presence
1. Many people are currently looking for a resource to cope with the avalanche of changes in the world. One great approach is coaching competencies. In 2019, ICF updated the coaching competencies model. This model clearly defines the understanding of coaching mindset and presence. These two competencies help not only coaches, but people of all professions to maintain stability and balance.
2. The master class will consider the definition of the two core competencies of coaching, the participants will get acquainted with how to strengthen these competencies simultaneously in professional and everyday life.

Один из великолепных подходов - коучинговые компетенции. В 2019 году ICF обновила модель компетенций коуча. В этой модели четко определено понимание коучингового мышления и присутствия. Эти две компетенции помогают не только коучам, но и людям любых других профессий сохранять устойчивость и баланс.
2. На мастер - классе будет рассмотрено определение двух центральных компетенций коучинга, участники познакомятся с тем, как именно в профессиональной и повседневной жизни усиливать эти компетенции одновременно.
