Share and explore different models, methods and tools to support productive team working, and achieve high customer or stakeholder satisfaction.
Review the ICF Coaching ethics and team coaching competencies as they apply in team coaching assignments.
Practise as team coaches in the classroom and receive personal support to achieve your Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching.
1) Live classroom learning:
Welcome Call - 16th May at 12.00 midday
Classes at 1.30 – 5.30pm on
31st May, 1st, 14th and 15th June
2) Evaluation Sessions:
28th June at 9am-1pm
29th June at 1.30-5.30pm
3) 4 x 1 hour Group Team Coach Skills Application events all starting at 12.30pm:
* 18th May
* 7th September
* 30th November
* 29th February 2024
4) 2 x 1-1 coach-mentoring and supervision meetings. Each participant arranges their personal team coach mentoring/supervision sessions with their supervisor.
