CCEase = 10 hrs of Mentoring PLUS 10 hrs Essential Competency training for ICF Professionals.
CCEase is the brainchild of long time coach trainer and mentor Anne Kelly, PCC. Mentoring ACCs and PCCs through the (re)certification process since 2016, Anne knows what can make that easier.
By design, CCEase fulfills the ICF Requirement for 10 hours of Mentoring, 3-hours of Ethics specific training, and includes a 3-hour update on the newest ICF Core Competency – Embodies a Coaching Mindset.
Each CCEase class is limited to 6 coaches for individualized appreciation, and meets twice per month via Zoom, over a three-month period. Registration includes a no-obligation 15-minute Zoom call with Mentor Coach Anne Kelly to discuss your specific goals as well as answer any questions.
CCEase cohorts include:
• 10 Mentoring hrs (7 group and 3, 1-on-1)

•2 CCEs Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Competencies

Alumni benefits include 2-years of complimentary drop-in group mentoring. That means you can earn 7 hours of group mentoring toward your NEXT credential cycle, at no additional cost! Group mentoring is offered four times each month and is scheduled at your individual convenience.
