Probono Coaching for Teacher Educator

A pro-bono coaching activity for ICF Bangkok members and non-members. An online 1-on-1 coaching for 70 graduate students of educational administration program, Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University. The coaching clients are teacher educators and school administrators from private and public schools, and professors from universities pursuing higher degree in Education.
The project aims to raise awareness of ICF coaching, and to educate the society about the power and impact of coaching in maximizing people potentials. ICF Bangkok and the Faculty members expected for the graduate students to obtain direct experiences in coaching by professional coaches of ICF, gain the benefits of coaching and, hopefully, be able to apply coaching in helping them improve teaching and learning to raise students’ outcomes.
